Fun:  We believe that a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere fuels creativity and collaboration, making our experiences not only productive but also genuinely fun and welcoming.

Our story

PSN Padel was created by the Property Sports Network in response to the rapid growth of padel and the increasing demand for more meaningful, experience-led networking within the property industry.

Since launching in 2016, Property Sports Network has grown from a small running community meeting in Cannes into one of the UK’s leading property networking communities — bringing together more than 6,000 members from over 2,300 businesses and delivering more than 600 events across the UK.

As the community evolved, padel quickly emerged as one of the most social, accessible and engaging ways for professionals to connect through sport.

PSN Padel builds on that foundation — creating a dedicated community where property professionals can network, compete and build relationships through one of the world’s fastest growing sports.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

The Property Sports Network was founded by Andrew Link, combining decades of experience across both the property and sports sectors.

Following an early career with Bovis Construction, Andrew moved into elite sport leadership, serving as Director of GB Taekwondo during the sport’s first Olympic medal-winning cycle before later overseeing taekwondo delivery for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Returning to the property sector in 2012, Andrew has since held senior leadership roles across the construction and consultancy industries and today leads FEAT FACTORY — a consultancy business combining property expertise with high-performance methodologies inspired by elite sport.

Through FEAT FACTORY Andrew is also involved in the delivery of some of the UK’s most iconic padel court developments, helping support the continued growth of the sport across the country.
